Jana is our Catering Director. 
Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, she spent the better part of two decades as a pastry chef at institutions across the Midwest, such as the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, Nicollet Island Inn of Minneapolis, and McCormick’s in Wayzata.

In 2000, Jana and her husband Dusty opened their own catering company, Graham Catering, and built a reputation serving clients around the western metro area including the Minnesota Wildlife Rehabilitation Fund.

Jana excels at creating individualized menus and not only orchestrates the fine details of each catering, but personally ensures the quality of everything that leaves the restaurant.  You will see her managing our offsite events and even delivering drop-offs, all days of the week!

Anjali is our Prep Manager.  She’s worked across the Twin Cities restaurant and catering scene for more than 15 years, from food prep management, to cooking on the line, to boutique & high-volume catering.  

Anjali began her kitchen experience at the well-loved Great Harvest Bread Company, where she first learned about baking and providing stellar customer service.  She earned a degree in Culinary Arts from St Paul College, and from there went on to such Twin Cities classics as Brasa, Groundswell, and Colossal Café.

Anjali brings a wealth of logistical knowledge to The Naughty Greek, where she coordinates the food prep for our two restaurants as well as managing the execution of daily catering orders.
